Community Partnership

Sportsmans Warehouse is committed to supporting the communities in which we operate.

We receive many requests for donation and partnerships and endeavour to fulfil as many as possible which meet the conditions set out below:

Organisations eligible for sponsorship or fundraising assistance are:

• Local schools and sporting clubs (teams) who require assistance for organised fund raising events (small prizes for raffles and trivia nights)
• Organisations that have official reciprocating purchasing / partnership programs with our Sportsman's Warehouse Teamwear and Corporate Sales Divison.
• Sportsmans Warehouse nominated charities.

Organisations or persons that we are unfortunately unable to assist for sponsorship or fundraising assistance include:

• Individual persons
• Foundations unless already arranged.
• Third party fundraising drives, for example, X organisation raising money on behalf of Y organisation
• Requests from regions outside of where Sportsman’s Warehouse stores are located

Requests:

We respond to requests written on an official letterhead from the school or sporting club requesting the sponsorship. The written request needs to:

• Provide an details of your organisation.
• Provide an explanation what you are trying to achieve and how you intend to achieve it.
• List a RSVP date and relevant contact details.
