Returns Policy: You may return products* in original condition & packaging within 14 days from the delivery of goods for a refund.
Unworn merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the shoes exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. Full refund or exchange less return shipping costs is provided.

Incorrect merchandise: Return will be accepted if you received an item different to what was described on the website or is the wrong size, colour, or style to what you ordered. Full refund or exchange is provided.
How to return:
Standard item:
- Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authority Number (RAN) to return goods purchased via our website.
- Complete the Returns Docket overleaf of your delivery invoice and place inside the return package.
- Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.
- Contact AAE to arrange pick-up.
Bulky item:
- Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authority Number (RAN) to return goods purchased via our website.
- Contact AAE to arrange pick-up.
Refund Policy: Refund or exchange is offered for merchandise that is unworn, damaged, incorrectly shipped, fault or deemed not suitable for the manufacturers intended purpose. Refer Returns Policy for details.
Refunds are made to the credit card used to make the purchase and processed within 3 - 5 business days after receiving and processing a return.
