SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery area: Australia only

Delivery timeframe: 3 to 5 business days

Shipping costs:  Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option chosen and the weight, size and dimensions of chosen items.  Shipping costs will be listed on the "Place Order" page during checkout.

Shipping carrier:  Australian Air Express (AAE)

Shipping address: Goods can be shipped to street address or a PO Box address, however, bulky goods will not be shipped to a PO Box address.

Accepting delivery:  AAE requires signature upon delivery for all shipments, unless “Authority to Leave” is selected at time of checkout. Any attempted delivery with no-one to sign will result in a card being left for you to contact the courier to either organize a new delivery or a pick up from their depot or local Australia Post Office. Additional charges may apply in such cases.
