• You can still shop 24/7, however, due to lockdown restrictions in Canberra, orders will likely take longer to despatch than normal due to delays through Auspost
• Where and when permitted, we are working in shifts and allowing limited staff to work in the warehouse, so there will be impact on delivery timeframes, which are longer than usual.  We appreciate your patience & will get your order to you as soon as possible
• All packages no longer require a signature on delivery, to minimise social contact
• Due to the COVID-19 impact, our couriers Australia Post, StarTrack and Allied Express are experiencing disruptions which are resulting in delivery delays
• Returns - As usual within 30 days after purchase
