Sportsmans Warehouse (SW) ships products anywhere within Australia. All orders are processed for shipping between 7 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday. We endeavor to dispatch your order on the same day if it is received before 10 am and your product is in stock at the main distribution store.

Bulky Items Delivery: 1-5 business days to capital cities, 2-10 business days to rural areas. Shipping rates can be quoted from the Shipping Calculator on the shopping cart or at the checkout page. Please note bulky or larger items such as Trampolines, Fitness Equipment, Basketball Systems, etc. may attract an additional charge for transport logistics.
International Delivery* : Please contact customer service as only certain products can be delivered internationally
Christmas Delivery* : All orders placed 10 working days prior to 25th December will be dispatched immediately to ensure the order will have the best possible chance to arrive in time for Christmas. Orders placed after the cut off date will still be dispatched ASAP and may still arrive in time for Christmas. Due to the high transit volume during this period no guarantees can be made, however, every effort will be made to fulfill and deliver all orders during this period.
- We use Australia Post, StarTrack and Allied Express couriers. You will receive an email from us advising of your tracking details.
- Most orders are delivered throughout Australia within 48 hours. Delivery of bulky items could take a bit long due to their size and weight.
- We ship to PO boxes, but using non Australia Post services to PO box locations could incur additional charges.
- Insurance is optional but recommended for bulky items.
- Remote areas could attract some additional handling fee by the courier companies.
- If your provided address is incorrect, our system may show a red flag to rectify the address, in those instances we may try to contact you to enter the correct address or send an email or text. If we don’t receive any response within two business days, the items will be shipped to your nominated address.
- Please note there will be only one attempt to deliver at the nominated address. Authority to Leave the parcel is assumed unless you wish to state otherwise as you place your order.
- If you are not present to accept your delivery at your nominated address, either the parcel will be left at a secure place within your premises, or a card will be left for you to contact the courier to organize a pick up from their depot or a local Australia Post Office.

Tracking your order:
When your order is dispatched, we will send an email or SMS confirmation with tracking information.
Please note, if tracking is not available with the courier delivering your order, you will not be able to track your order.
Order delivery times:
- Within Australia, orders to metro areas of capital cities and larger regional centers should usually arrive within 1-2 business days with an express delivery service or 1-5 business days with a standard delivery service after being dispatched.
- For more remote locations it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the location.
- Delivery to remote areas/ smaller towns could take longer.
- International delivery could take up to 30 days depending on the country options the order dispatched to.
